During my tenure with the brand, I completely overhauled visual design for Depend’s social channels. Over four years, I watched our Facebook followers grow from 500 to 40,000 and our team used social as an ever-evolving environment where were able to try new and interesting things to see how it would impact engagement and CTR. We were always looking for fresh ideas and social was a great place to break a rule or two.
Inco 101 Video Series
Since so many new category entrants are unaware of the basics of incontinence, I pitched the idea of an “Inco 101” video series. IDEA APPROVED! The series covered: What is Incontinence?, Causes of Urinary Incontinence for Women, Causes of Urinary Incontinence for Men, and 6 Ways to Manage Incontinence. These videos are meant to be informative, relatable, easily digestible and of course, fun. I worked closely with the ever-so-talented team at Lunar North on casting, filming and animation.
